This customer sent us a custom request and he sent us a manuscript for description. He needed a 15.6 inch open frame touch monitor applied to the Baccarat, with full-gold body, including a bezel, which needs to be equipped with a Raspberry Pi board. The power switch also needed to be customized according to needs, and the logo must make on the back of the product. So we provided the customer with the drawing plan. After some discussion, the customer agreed with our plan. Before mass customization, we would provide samples for customer testing, and we would start production after the samples pass. The customer told us that the product worked very well in his casino and sent us this video.

We received this customer requirement. He wanted a 18.5 inch open frame touch screen with LED lights and a resolution of 1680*1050, which could fit or function replacements Elo™ ‘s software. Then , he sent us two displays picture for reference.But the resolution of 18 inch only can be 1680*768, which does not meet the requirements of customers. We recommended a touch screen that we made recently, 21.5 inch with a resolution of 1920 * 1080. If it’s confirmed. It would be designed and produced fast, according to customer's appearance and performance requirements.The customer said that the size was sure for them and accepted our suggest. Before mass customization, we would provide samples for customer testing, and we would start production after the samples pass.
